Magic. I know there is no such thing as "magic," but I do believe that anything put in the washing machine come out magically clean the first time (minus musty vintage Saks 5th Avenue velvet comforters you buy at a dead lady's estate sale), that a night's sleep can fix anything, and anything can be planned during a vacation.
